Right now, the residents of Batken Province are going through a difficult time due to the worsening situation in the border areas of Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan. About 21,000 local people have been forced to leave their homes and move to safer territory to save their lives and families. Many have been left homeless and need our help. The Red Crescent teams in Kyrgyzstan are doing all they can to help alleviate the suffering of the population. Due to the current situation, we have organized an emergency fundraiser. All collected funds will be used to help the evacuated population and the affected people.
